The privacy of the personal information our clients provide to us at Australian Mortgage Alliance is very important to us. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection and use of personal information by Australian Mortgage Alliance, our employees and consultants.

Our Privacy Policy sets out how we respect our client's privacy under the National Privacy Act.

Should you decide to submit information to Australian Mortgage Alliance either when interviewed or by electronic submission, the following refers to what information will be collected and how it will be used.

You have the right to choose not to supply some of the information we may ask you to provide, but this may hinder our ability to serve you.  It should be understood that there is certain information that the lenders are required by law to obtain and other information that they require before processing a loan.

• To evaluate and determine whether you may qualify for a home loan
• To complete applications on your behalf to submit to lenders
• To communicate information to you about the progress of your application
• To plan our business and the resources we need to continuously improve our service to you.
• The lender will use this information to access your eligibility and suitability for offering you a loan, including, but not limited to, checking your credit and obtaining historical information on your past and current debts.

In addition to the above mentioned uses, we may use this information to send marketing information about our products and services. The option to opt out of receiving this material from us is available at any time.

 

Australian Mortgage Alliance maintains a strict policy of not disclosing your personal information to anyone except the lender that we are submitting an application to. We do not sell client information to anyone without the client's prior consent.
